65ec2a65cb Wrap long lines and limit empty-line reflow consumption to OSC 133 lines. 
Only consume an empty, unwrapped continuation line in grid_reflow_join
when it carries OSC 133 markers, so reflow of lines without markers is
unchanged. Also wrap lines over 80 columns and restore the original
PANE_REDRAW condition in window_copy_copy_buffer.

a6f673fe9c Fix OSC 133 output range lookup for markers sharing a line 
Handle C and D on the same line, output ending on the next prompt's
line, and output starting on a prompt line. Keep the output columns
when A resets a line's prompt data, and fall back to the previous
output if the range is empty. Extend the regress test to cover these
and reset the paste buffer before each check.
