  Clear stale pane references correctly when respawning windows, GitHub issue 5757 from Alejandro Pacheco.
  Add a timeout for fuzzy matching, also some general tidying up.
  Don't bother working out width for fuzzy match without positions since it is not needed.

00bddc8893 tmux: remove redundant event_del()/evtimer_del() 
event_add(3) automatically replaces any pending timeout for an existing
event, making explicit event_del() / evtimer_del() calls immediately
before event_add() / evtimer_add() unnecessary.
