arguments at parse time), the exec function and a function to set up any
key bindings (renamed from the old init function).

Store sessions in an RB tree by name rather than a list, this is tidier
and allows them to easily be shown sorted in various lists
(list-sessions/choose-sessions).

Identical behaviour to select-prompt can now be obtained with
command-prompt, so remove select-prompt and change ' to be bound to
command-prompt -p index "select-window -t :%%".
Permit !, + and - to be used for window targets to specify last window (!), or

"abc-1", "abc-2", "abc-3" exist and "abc-3" has the alias "abc", "tmux abc"
should execute abc-3, not complain about the command being ambiguous.
Not a problem at the moment but will be soon.

issues - particularly, don't mix with manual pane resizing and be careful when
viewing from multiple clients; generally cycling the layout a few times will
fix most problems. Getting this in for testing while I think about how to deal
with manual mode.
Split window as normal and cycle the layouts with C-b space. Some of the
layouts will work better when swap-pane comes along.
