- There is no need for join-pane and move-pane to be different.
- break-pane can just behave like move-window if the source has only one
pane, instead of failing.
- Add -a to break-pane like move-window.

This makes select-pane -P and -g unnecessary so no longer document them
(they still work) and no longer document set-window-option and
show-window-options in favour of set-option -w and show-options -w.
CMD_FIND_* flags in the cmd_entry and call it for the command. Commands
with special requirements call it themselves and update the target for
hooks to use.
