- decide if TIOCPKT is necessary and either handle it or remove the code
- it would be nice if there wasn't so much copying buffers about, audit uses

- better checking/emulation for missing term requirements

	i : show window info (show name, title, size, tty, ...)
	meta-meta : pass through meta (will need this...)

	rename sessions

	unlink window (... what about windows not linked to any session???)
	close window

- nuke '?' on getopts
- client_flush should wait and expect an error/success response from the server
- store_attr/colr could be two-pass and avoid reverse_add/remove games
Initial import to CVS. Basic functions are working, albeit with a couple of showstopper memory bugs and many missing features. Detaching, reattaching, creating new sessions, listing sessions work acceptably for using with shells. Simple curses programs (top, systat, tetris) and more complicated ones (mutt, emacs) that don't require scrolling regions (ESC[r) mostly work fine (including mutt, emacs).
