后面的#d2527f十六进制对聊天字体颜色不生效，只支持以前的&e&4之类的颜色

已经安装了MiaoRGBSupport
玩家自行在聊天中加上hex颜色代码才能在显示出颜色

还有个问题，我给予了自己Miaochat.reload这个权限但游戏里无法reload，只能通过后台来实现reload
