我服务器1.16.5，paper,之前一直没有问题，直到最近我更新了 PlaceholderAPI，更新到2.11.2后，发现颜色不正常，除了颜色一切信息都没问题

高版本PAPI不会替换颜色

  1. PAPI降级
  2. 把配置里 & 改成 §
